Inspection Comments | CONSULTATION FOR CHILI COOK-OFF SCHEDULED FOR 12/10/23. CASSIE CONFIRMED THAT THE FOOD PROVIDED AT THE EVENT WILL BE MADE BY PATRONS WHO ARE PREPARING IT IN THEIR HOME KITCHEN. THIS FOOD WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. CHILI WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO THE JUDGES WHO ARE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE AROMA PARK FIRE DEPARTMENT. AFTER THE JUDGING, THE CHILI IS TO BE DONATED TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. BECAUSE THIS FACILITY DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER COOKING OR HOT HOLDING EQUIPMENT, IS NOT LICENSED FOR EXTENSIVE FOOD PREPARATION, AND DOES NOT HAVE A TEMPORARY LICENSE FOR THIS EVENT, NO CHILI OR FOODS PREPARED AT HOME CAN BE AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. |
